Everything is very open with a very clear description of the
challenges. It was definitely informative. Your website
is useful. Many thanks for sharing!

    Y.A.I.F. – Via Della Vigna Nuova, 9 – 50123 Florence (Italy) – Tel +39

This agency took security and booking deposits of EUR950 and did not return them at the end of rental. They also placed me in an uninhabiable apartment apartment for EUR 1.500 per month and refused to refund any money when I moved to a smaller, cheaper but acceptable apartment.

They have acted dishonestly, other tourists shoudl be protected from these people!!

I would like to report on a hotel that we recently stayed at.
Adler Thermae Spa and Relax resort. they are located at Bagno Vignoni Val d’Orcia. The hotel was infested with bedbugs. We were severely bitten

Bar Gambrinus, Via A. Gramsci 2-6 Pisa

    Good evening,

Our recent trip to your beautiful city of Pisa was ruined by a stop for coffee at the Bar Gambrinus.

    2 cappuchini, 1 stale pastry = Euro13.60

This is disgraceful abuse of tourists who come to your city.

There are numerous complaints on TripAdvisor about this bar.
I paid the price demanded but was very unhappy to do so.
Next time I will call the police.

The table charges are not on public display either.

My daughter and I have just be fined 50 euros each for our bus ticket being out of time by 19 minutes . I thought we had bought a two way ticket to michaelangelo piazza but apparently there is a time limit
If I had no ticket and tried to avoid paying fair enough but to be embarrassed in front of fellow travellers on the bus when all that was needed was some common sense approach by accepting my error and letting me pay 2.50 euros each for another ticket . But
No heavy Handed approach no respect or manners just marched me off to atm to draw out £100 euros to pay bill
They decided they couldn’t understand English why have inspectors who cannot converse on tourist buses and why can’t the ticket be two way without a time limit? This has spoilt an otherwise perfect break in Florence where service has always been fantastic
This experience will stop me from recommending Florence to friends and others and I will be posting my review on the appropriate social media sites
