The eclectic staff and diverse menu are just some of the elements which make this place as popular as it is. In winter, you can sample the offerings in one of two rooms, and in summer you can sit outside and admire the scenery. Traditional Tuscan favorites, such as taglierini con porcini (long, thin, flat pasta with porcini mushrooms), are on the menu, as well as less typical dishes. Booking is a good idea.
